Oceana Restaurant

Sunil was very friendly, just like the rest of the staff. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice, and the chefs were helpful and happy to answer our questions. Oceana is definitely one of the best buffet restaurants in Malta. Special thanks to April and Machmoud for this wonderful night! We had an amazing experience and would happily come back.

I have been to this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming 5 Star Award Winning Oceana Restaurant which is located within the premises of Hilton Hotel in Malta itself. All of the Staff whom all work in Collaboration with each other at The Oceana Restaurant itself were Exceptionally lovely and kind people themselves towards me and they all have Extremely lovely personalities themselves as well. Oceana Restaurant, located in the Hilton Hotel Malta Portomaso in St. Julian's, is best known for its authentic Mediterranean cuisine, freshly caught seafood and relaxed family-style dining. It is popular for its seasonal menu's, Italian specialties and popular Sunday buffet lunches. The Cereals I had at this Restaurant were very tasty and delicious indeed. The Cappuccino Coffee with Chocolate sprinkled on top was very nice and Beautiful indeed. I also wanted to say that it was a Blessing by the Grace of God to come across all of you wonderful Staff whom all work in Collaboration with each other at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming Hilton Hotel in Malta itself and also all of you wonderful Staff looked after me so well to the very best of your abilities. The Cuisine specializes in Mediterranean fusion and Italian dishes, focusing on high-quality seasonal produce.

My worst choice in Malta is to come this restaurant. if I have looked the reviews here before i come, I wouldn't decide to come.

don't come! not expect as normal restaurant in Hilton in world wide.

We ate here our first night at the hotel. I know a lot of the reviews are bad, but the food and service we experience warrants a good review. The overall meal was great. They had meals for our kids with food allergies, spaghetti, which they enjoyed. My lamb was great, as was my wife’s scallop and lobster ravioli. The staff even came back out with more ravioli when they noticed (on their own accord) they didn’t give her the full meal she ordered.

We did have one accident during dessert. Our kids with food allergies had an allergic reaction. However, the staff responded quickly and effectively to the emergency. They also met the next day to completely review their procedures and made corrections which they immediately put in place. This shows the staff accepted responsibility, which you do not see today in a lot of restaurants. Kudos all around to this staff!

Amazing variety of food, perfect for groups, families and couples. We attended on Friday which was Around the World.
They have a meat carvery station (Catalan Lamb when we attended) fresh Taco station with all the fillings, hot buffet, salads, vegetarian, vegan options, kids station, desserts and a gelato bar! The gelato bar had a variety of fresh gelato and toppings that were served by a helpful chef!
The manager told me to let him know if there was anything that was running low to let him know and they would prepare it fresh and bring it out.
Spacious restaurant, there was a large group for a 90th birthday which we didn't hear even being sat nearby because tables are well spaced.
