very good food - they take into consideration food intolerance very seriously and tried to do the dish that i liked with less butter.
- they have lactose free mousse. I was so happy that they had lactose free dessert. Usually i don't find. Thank you for this.

Beautiful restaurant with great staff. Me and my wife had the USDA Tagliata (pictured) and it was amazing. If you do order this I would recommend skipping starters as the portion is a challenge even for 2!

Brown’s Kitchen Malta is in a lovely location on the Valletta Waterfront, and the prices are not the worst considering the area. However, the overall experience is quite mixed.

The food is okay, but relatively mid rather than anything special. The main issue is the waiting time, which is usually quite long. On one occasion, we waited around an hour and a half for our food, and we only received it after asking the staff about it.

The atmosphere is also very loud, to the point where it can be difficult to hear the people sitting at the same table as you. Overall, while the location is nice and the prices are reasonable for Valletta Waterfront, the long waiting times, loud atmosphere, and average food make the experience less enjoyable.

Went to Browns on a Monday evening, quiet wasn’t busy and got served two pieces of duck for the price of €25, I told our server and he proceeded to say they were big pieces and assumed we would be having dessert. I have ordered duck before from other restaurants and have been served around 4-5 pieces of duck for the same price. They did nothing about it.
