My 3rd time here, and one of the best dining experiences I have had in Malta. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism that made us feel special throughout the evening.

A special thank you to Lazar for his attentive and seamless service. His attention to detail and friendly personality ensured that everything was perfect from start to finish. Harish’s wine recommendations were exceptional and paired beautifully with each course, adding another dimension to an already incredible meal. Binita’s leadership and hospitality were evident throughout the restaurant, creating an atmosphere that was both elegant and welcoming.

The food was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and prepared to the highest standard. Combined with the stunning setting and impeccable service, Quadro delivers a truly memorable fine dining experience.

I’d highly recommend Quadro to anyone visiting St Julian’s and looking for a truly special dining experience. We opted for the tasting menu and every single course was outstanding — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with incredible attention to detail. The quality of the ingredients and creativity in the dishes were exceptional.

What really elevated the evening even further was the service. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire meal, making us feel welcome and looked after without ever being intrusive. The atmosphere, combined with the stunning food and flawless hospitality, made this one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Malta. Absolutely amazing from start to finish — we’ll definitely be back.

Interesting and visually very nice presentation, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of being exceptional. This is a clear example of "over-engineering" a dish – where an inexperienced chef tries too hard to make it "gourmet," ultimately killing the flavor of the main ingredient.

The dishes were intense but overwhelming, losing the balance that defines high-end cuisine. Simply dressing up a small portion is not enough to justify the high price tag. Overall, a bit of a disappointment for the price point.

This restaurant had excellent food. They have one page with a set menu but also they have a la carte, but to me what made this experience much more valuable was the service.That is absolutely very nice, very attentive. Knowledgeable about the food that they serve and the wines they have , which is very important when you're trying to taste local fair that you do not necessarily no very well. We went 2 days in a row, to try different fish and wines we would not usually get in the US, which is where we live. All in all it was a great experience I highly recommended it.

very nice, this restaurant deserves your visit! The dishes are marvelous. Well-executed dishes with harmonious flavors. Especially the beef, has good quality and is well cooked. Free macaron are really beautiful,crispy and soft.
