Wow - best tasting menu I’ve had.

The amuse bouche with oyster was incredible - completely unexpected, unique whilst the Grouper lasagne was also a stand out, incredible dish.

Staff very attentive as to be expected.

Wine menu also extremely good value - whilst I love red, tasting menu was fish heavy so went for the wine pairing. Very good selection of wines and priced very fairly for the quality of bottles!

Romantic, relaxed atmosphere - chef also checked in with us a few times which was a lovely touch.

Well deserving of a star in the future and grateful got the opportunity to eat here! Was expecting a great meal but there was something very special about the experience which took it to a new level.

Amazing food, each dish is a carefully curated work of art. The staff are beyond attentive, and the chef personally comes to introduce many of his creations. Highly recommended

This place is excellent. The best non-starred we’ve had in Malta. All our Mains and starters were extremely well prepared, the food here is of great quality. The ambience the whole evening was relaxed and the somm did an excellent job at talking ourselves and every other guest through the wines. The strawberry sorbet with the desert was my favourite highlight of the night. Unfortunately didn’t get to say hello/bye to the chef’s, but they do a great job here. Would highly recommend.

Amazing restaurant! The food and service is wonderful ❤️ attention to detail and flavour profile with asian influences floating in each dish, very well done. Highly recommend getting the tasting menu to try the best of what the chef can offer. Its a must visit!

Our best meal in Malta. Everything from the food, service, setting, music and wines were spectacular. Had the tasting menu which was great value, paid the supplement for beef and lobster pasta. Chef Andrew came out to speak to us and clearly cares about his craft and his product. He also gave us some other recommendations for the island restaurants. The sommelier was a real character and great fun to chat to. The caviar dish and beef were the stand out favourites.
