This was a really special dinner. We tried the 5 courses option and every single dish that came out was outstanding; presentation and balance of flavours was absolutely bang on. Our waiters and the somelier were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. I can't recommend this place enough. Given the quality of the food and the fact that we ordered wine/drinks, our overall bill was very reasonable for a Michelin star restaurant.

What an incredible experience in this cozy restaurant! Staff is friendly in just the right way, and the service impeccable. Every dish was amazing and super tasty - I’ve got the 5-course menu and it was enough food in my opinion. Just make sure to book a table in advance.

The 5-course tasting menu was easily the highlight of our trip. Every course was beautifully presented, thoughtfully paced, and packed with flavor. The chef showcased incredible creativity while maintaining a perfect balance throughout the meal. Each dish felt unique, yet the entire menu flowed seamlessly from start to finish.

The service was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, adding to what was already an exceptional dining experience. It’s rare to find a meal that exceeds expectations at every course, but this one did exactly that. A memorable evening and an absolute must-visit for anyone looking for a special dining experience. We would return in a heartbeat.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Firstly, the team were very accomodating when I needed to change the date of my booking at last minute. Secondly, when we arrived, the table wasn’t ready but we were offered a glass of wine and bread and snacks in the upstairs dining room, all of which were delicious before we could commence the rest of the tasting menu at our table. It was all very well executed.

Food was really good. We were impressed with the subtle blend of Mediterranean and Japanese flavours and really appreciated the punchiness of the sauces in the dishes.

Overall, it was a lovely evening and I believe really good value for money for a 1* venue.

​I opted for the 5-course tasting menu along with the wine pairing. The wine pairing was highly impressive, offering a well-structured selection that accurately complemented each course. The food itself was a well-executed combination, effectively utilizing local Maltese ingredients while smartly incorporating Eastern culinary techniques. Overall, it was a very satisfying and solid dining experience. I intend to visit again on my next trip to Malta.
