Incredible blind tasting menu, with an array of inventive and unusual flavours that really hit the spot, the staff were great and really added to experience in such a beautiful location, for a 1 star I was pleasantly surprised

I was really looking forward to this Michelin-starred experience, but unfortunately it ended up being one of the most disappointing Michelin restaurants I have ever visited.

The service was excellent. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout the meal, so I have nothing negative to say about the hospitality.

However, the food was a huge letdown. There was nothing memorable or exceptional about it. Looking at the photos in previous reviews, I expected a proper meat course, but instead we were served a skewer with paper-thin slices of meat. We also paid an extra €20 for truffle, yet it had almost no truffle flavor at all.

One of the desserts was a lettuce ice cream, which honestly made me feel as if the chef was making fun of the guests rather than trying to create an enjoyable dining experience. Creativity is welcome, but for me the dishes crossed the line between innovative and simply unpleasant.

I have dined at many Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, and I have never been this disappointed. For me, this was a complete waste of money.

I genuinely don’t understand the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Perhaps the restaurant has changed since many of those reviews were written, but based on my experience, it did not live up to the expectations of a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Exceptional setting, and 5-star service. Lovely, friendly and knowledgeable team, and amazing tasting menu. Menu is seasonal and every dish felt like real thought had gone into it. Be aware. The chef came out and spoke to us after the meal, which was a very nice touch. Great selection of wines paired with the menu. The intimate terrace outside has wonderful views over the town at night, perfect for a digestif. Highly recommended for a romantic meal.

We visited Rosami last Friday for dinner and it was simply superb from start to finish. The kind of restaurant that reminds you why going out for a special meal is worth doing properly.

The food was outstanding — beautifully crafted and full of flavour. I'm not one for photographing every dish (I'd rather just enjoy it!), but trust me when I say each course was a genuine pleasure. The kitchen is clearly working at a very high level.
The setting itself adds so much to the experience — intimate, elegant, and atmospheric in all the right ways. The kind of room that makes you want to linger.

A special mention must go to Nicole, who was an absolute delight. Warm, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever being overbearing — exactly the kind of front-of-house service that elevates a great meal into a memorable evening.

We'll be back without a doubt. Rosami is a real gem.

The visit was a wonderful experience and made my husband's birthday unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you again to the entire Rosami team! The food was excellent and the ambiance perfect. Everything, down to the smallest detail, was simply indescribable. Photos don't even begin to do it justice. You absolutely must see it for yourselves, and if we ever come back to Malta, we'll definitely be back at Rosami.
