An absolute must try! We had an amazing night, what an experience. You can tell that the owners put all their heart into food, drinks and vibe. Everything was amazing and so unique. One of the best restaurants I have ever experienced!

The place is wonderful. It is a there floor restaurant, with a cozy terrace, in which i strongly suggest to have a dinner.
Service was perfect: zack, who welcomed us, satisfied all our requests with a unique kindness while Stefano took care of us during the dinner.
The dishes were very delicious. We tried fresh tuna tartare and tuna cenevice as starters, follower by paccheri allo scoglio and tuna stake as a main. The taste was excellent and we really appreciate the quality of the raw materials.
Price is very competitive considering the quality of the food and of the service.
I can state that this is the best restaurant tried in Malta!!

Our experience at Adura was exceptional. We chose the tasting menu, which offers two themes: “Land” and “Sea”. We were so glad the staff allowed us to choose one of each, giving us the chance to try every dish from both menus.

Every course was impressive and full of flavour. To be honest, we weren’t expecting to be this amazed. Out of all the restaurants we’ve visited (including Michelin-recognised ones) Adura truly stood out. The quality, creativity and attention to detail in every dish were on another level and we genuinely feel it deserves more recognition.

The service was just as memorable. The staff were welcoming, attentive and made the whole experience feel special. The preparation of one of the starters was entertaining to watch and the dessert presentation was a perfect way to end the meal.

If we had one small comment, it would be the décor. It’s clean and simple, but it doesn’t quite reflect the level of creativity and refinement of the food.

Overall, this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Adura to anyone looking for something truly special.

Such an amazing experience for our 2 year anniversary dinner. The rooftop and views you get are outstanding and it feels breezy and romantic.

As we were sat down and greeted you can immediately tell there is passion and pride for the restaurant as one of the co owners sat us down. He introduced us to the cocktail menu and explained how it was curated. Each cocktail is tied to a personal piece of the creator, with a hand written story about where the cocktails idea comes from, a drawing of the idea and for some of them a breakdown of the ingredients and processes for making them. We tried 3 in total and they were all delicious and articulated with complex flavour but you can tell that any one of these cocktails would be an experience of its own. Love to see people who are creative and care about the craft.

The same level of care and attention presented with the menu and the food. There is fresh daily caught fish, culturally tied menu options, and if we ever come back to visit Malta again we will definitely come back to try the taster menu. I had the red snapper which was cooked to perfection and came with a delicious creamy mussel sauce and truffle potatoes, while my wife had a juicy incredibly done steak with a punchy peppercorn sauce.

Even as the evening was beginning to get a little chillier the waiters are attentive and offer blankets. A phenomenal experience and definitely a great place to go to if you’re looking for a truly impressive dinner.
