Calle Bistro Seafood

One of Malta's hidden gems we loved it so much we had to come twice during our stay just a shame we couldn't make it more often.
On our first visit we arrived for our meal and the staff were so welcoming and the service from Tsela was outstanding we ordered the seafood bucket in a lovely Cajun sauce which we devoured followed by desserts along with a nice bottle of wine and they even noticed our football team were still playing so put the game up on a screen for us to keep an eye on with the volume nice and low so not to disturb other guests.
Our Second meal on our final evening was also outstanding the food is so tasty and fresh we could quite easily have eaten here every single day

Definitely, we had the best dinner experience during our family holiday in Malta! Very fresh, high-quality seafood, beautifully presented dishes, and all cooked perfectly. Delicious food with a great selection of drinks! Also, the staff were very helpful and attentive, even though we sat at an outside table.
I highly recommend booking a table so you won't be disappointed. I loved the table in the back garden/courtyard; we enjoyed a chilled, relaxed atmosphere there. The whole dining experience was Just perfect, and we were so glad to choose this restaurant! If you are a seafood lover and in Malta, you must visit Called Bistro Seafood! I can't wait to go back to try more dishes.!!

We booked a table after reading that it gets busy, and that turned out to be absolutely true, the place was buzzing when we arrived. We chose to sit inside, which was definitely the right call. The atmosphere was lovely, the temperature comfortable, and the décor warm and inviting.

What struck me first, though, was the genuinely warm and friendly welcome. The service throughout was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive, and they even offered helpful advice on the dishes.

We ordered the seafood pasta and the lobster and crab ravioli, and I was lucky enough to try both. The food was stunning. Easily the best we’ve had since arriving in Malta. We finished with the tiramisu and the panna cotta, both excellent.

Everything about this restaurant feels spot on, and considering the price, it’s incredible value for money.

I visited this bistro with a friend and had a lovely dining experience overall. The food was absolutely wonderful and full of flavor.
For starters, we had the sardines and the salmon, both of which were beautifully prepared and delicious. For our main courses, we chose the Crab & Lobster Ravioli and the Octopus Pasta, and both dishes were excellent, fresh, and perfectly cooked.
The only downside was the waiting time, which was quite long. However, the restaurant was very busy and appeared to be operating with a limited number of staff, so this was understandable.
Despite the delay, the quality of the food more than made up for it. We would definitely return and recommend this bistro to anyone looking for a great meal.

Superb food and outstanding service. My husband and I spent a 4-day holiday in Malta. We went to Calle Bistro for our first dinner. We had Maltese Fish Soup, octopus ＆ prawn skewers, and lobster linguine on day one. Everything was so tasty that we decided to go again the following day. This time we had Mussels in white wine sauce, Tuna tartar, Grilled seabass and lobster linguine once more. All the dishes were super delicious. Staff were very friendly and attentive, especially this handsome young man called Pedji. The whole dining experience was just amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough.
